布鲁塞尔时间5月4日下午，由文化和旅游部、中国驻比利时大使馆、中国驻欧盟使团共同主办，由北京市文旅局、四川省文旅厅、布鲁塞尔中国文化中心等共同承办的“茶和天下”·雅集，以及由北京市文旅局主办、北京市海外文化交流中心承办的“生肖主题快闪”活动在布鲁塞尔中国文化中心成功举办。中国驻欧盟使团团长傅聪、中国驻比利时大使曹忠明出席活动，相关欧盟官员、多国驻比利时和驻欧盟大使等近100名中外嘉宾参与了活动。

本次活动是三年来在欧盟总部所在地举办的第一场中国文化国际交流活动。北京市与四川省联袂开展茶文化推介，为中外嘉宾展示了形式丰富、内涵深厚的中国茶文化，发出了推动文明交流对话、增强包容互鉴的真诚呼吁。

北京文化艺术传承发展中心主任姜婷婷、北京市文旅局对外处干部王金潇、北京市海外文化交流中心副主任王海茹及干部袁昱参与了活动，并就北京文旅项目和资源进行了推介。

On the afternoon of May 4, local time in Brussels, the event “Chang’an Elegant Gathering – Tea for Harmony”, sponsored by China’s Ministry of Culture and Tourism, the Chinese Embassy in Belgium, and the Chinese Mission to the EU and organized by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, the Sichuan Provincial Department of Culture and Tourism, and the China Cultural Center in Brussels, as well as the Chinese Zodiac Flash Mob hosted by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism and organized by Beijing Overseas Cultural Exchanges Center (BOCEC), weresuccessfully held at the China Cultural Center in Brussels, capital of Belgium. Nearly 100 distinguished guests from both China and abroad, including Fu Cong, head of the Chinese Mission to the EU, Cao Zhongming, ambassador of China to Belgium, as well as EU officials and ambassadors of various countries to Belgium or the EU, attended the event.

This was the first international exchange event on Chinese culture held at the EU headquarters over the past three years. At the event, Beijing and Sichuan joined hands to present China’s profound tea culture to guests from both China and foreign countries in various forms, calling for the efforts to promote exchange and dialogue between civilizations and enhance mutual inclusiveness and learning.

Jiang Tingting, director of Beijing Cultural and Art Inheritance and Development Center, Wang Jinxiao, an official from the International Department of Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, Wang Hairu, vice director of BOCEC, and Yuan Yu, also from BOCEC, attended the event to promote Beijing’s cultural tourism projects and resources.

北京市文旅局代表团为观众带来的以中国生肖兔为主题的舞蹈快闪节目《舞月》赢得现场观众的热烈掌声。

Dance with the Moon, a dance flash mob presented by the delegation of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism, which is themed on the Chinese zodiac animal of the Rabbit, won thunderous applause from the audience.

国家级非遗传承人王鹏、大提琴演奏家宋昭、箫演奏家刘小冈、中国民俗学会香文化委员会名誉主任孙亮通过古琴、大提琴、洞箫与香道、花道、茶道的完美结合，向现场奉献了场景表演艺术作品《容与》，将中国文化的深邃与美好表现的淋漓尽致。

At the event, Wang Peng, an inheritor of state-class intangible cultural heritage, Chinese violoncellist Song Zhao, Chinese vertical flutist Liu Xiaogang, and Sun Liang, honorary director of the Aromatic Culture Commission of China Folklore Society, presented a situation performance titled “Rong Yu”, which combines guqin (a traditional seven-stringed plunked instrument), violoncello and vertical bamboo flute performance withincense lore, flower and tea ceremonies. Their performance fully demonstrated the profundity and charm of Chinese culture.

老字号吴裕泰的茉莉花茶制作技艺非遗传承人许敏忱为现场中外嘉宾展示了北京茉莉花茶的冲泡技艺。

Xu Minshen, inheritor of the jasmine tea making technique of the time-honored tea brand Wuyutai, demonstrated how to prepare Beijing jasmine tea at the event.

北京市文旅局代表王金潇向中外嘉宾推介了北京最新的文化和旅游资源。

The event happened to take place on China’s Youth Day. The delegation of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism held a seminar with young representatives from the Chinese Mission to the EU. At the seminar,Wang Hairu, vice director of Beijing Overseas Cultural Exchanges Center, introduced the Global Zodiac Design Competition and the Beijing International Canal Cultural Festival to participants. The delegation of the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Culture and Tourism invited European intangible cultural heritage inheritors and artists to attend the Beijing International Intangible Cultural Heritage Exchange Week.
